Delaware (DE)
Most US forms expect DE in the State field.
Dover
Dover is Delaware’s capital and a selectable city.
197xx–199xx
Generated pool records are checked against Delaware’s five-digit ZIP range.
302
Delaware primarily uses 302; test numbers are not tied to real residents.
4 common cities
Wilmington, Dover, Newark, and Middletown.
New Castle / Kent / Sussex
County is not a substitute for the City field.
These examples use obvious placeholder streets and phone numbers to demonstrate field structure. They are not verified delivery destinations.
A typical Delaware record contains a recipient name, house number and street, optional unit information, city, the DE state code, and a five-digit ZIP Code. Its last line is commonly formatted as City, DE ZIP Code, such as Wilmington, DE 19801.
Address Line 1 holds the house number and street. Apartment, Suite, or Unit information belongs in Address Line 2. City, County, and State represent different levels and should not be substituted for one another.
DE; do not confuse it with a country code or another abbreviation.Delaware consists of New Castle, Kent, and Sussex counties, but US address forms generally use a city or USPS-recognized place name with the ZIP Code. A county describes an administrative area and does not automatically become the postal city.
Wilmington is in New Castle County and Dover is in Kent County. When a form has both City and County fields, enter them separately. This page filters records where New Castle County or Kent County was incorrectly classified as the city.
Common Delaware five-digit ZIP Codes fall in the 197xx–199xx range. A range check confirms state-level plausibility, while real deliverability still depends on the exact city, street, and delivery point.
ZIP+4 adds a four-digit delivery segment. This generator currently outputs five-digit test ZIP fields. Delaware primarily uses area code 302, but an area code does not prove that a phone holder or billing address is in Delaware.
A Billing Address should match the information registered with a bank, card, or payment service. A Shipping Address is the delivery destination. Development tests can make them equal or different, but a real payment should not replace cardholder details with a random record.
A P.O. Box is a postal mailbox rather than a residential street address. Some merchants and carriers require a complete Street Address, so checkout QA should cover both accepted and rejected P.O. Box states.
Common causes include a city and ZIP mismatch, a county entered as the city, a different account and store country, a payment method issued elsewhere, cardholder billing details that do not match, or additional regional verification by the platform.
This page can provide consistent DE samples for software testing. For a real payment, use the information registered with the payment method. Randomly changing an address cannot resolve authorization or risk controls.
The Delaware Division of Revenue states that Delaware has no state or local sales tax, while a Gross Receipts Tax is imposed on sellers of goods or providers of services. No sales tax does not mean the state has no taxes, and a checkout result is not determined by an address alone.
This page explains the intent behind a Delaware no tax address query without presenting generated data as tax-exempt proof or a tax-avoidance method. Use your real location for purchases and tax matters, and review the Delaware Division of Revenue guidance.
Xbox and Microsoft Store may evaluate the account region, store country, payment method, and billing information together. Microsoft recommends changing country or region only after a long-term move and asks customers to update billing details for the new region.
Generated records can support development and form testing, but they are not cardholder proof and do not guarantee acceptance by Xbox billing, payment authorization, or regional checks. See Microsoft’s region guidance.
The page selects observed city, street, and ZIP combinations from a Delaware-specific pool, then creates a test house number based on the shape of sampled numbers. Selecting Wilmington, Dover, Newark, or Middletown limits generation to that city’s pool records.
The pool can produce many varied samples, but those results are not USPS delivery validation, proof of residence, bank billing records, or real identity information.
This page serves workflows that require a fixed DE state and optional Delaware city selection, unlike the main all-state generator or the five-state comparison page.
USPS addressing standards emphasize complete fields and City, State, and ZIP matching. Real delivery, payment, and identity use cases require authorized and validated information.
